1) About Winnow Lotto
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Winnow Lotto website and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2) Definitions

- Order: a purchase you make for a lottery product via the Service.
- Entry: the numbers/shares submitted for a draw based on your Order.
- Draw: a scheduled lottery draw run by the official lottery operator.
- Wallet: optional stored balance feature (where available) used toward Orders and/or to receive smaller winnings.
- Official Lottery Operator: the entity running the underlying lottery draw.
3) What service we provide (independent service)
Winnow is an independent service and is not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any Official Lottery Operator unless expressly stated. Logos and game names may be trademarks of their respective owners.

4) Eligibility, age and location restrictions
- Age: you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an Account or place an Order.
- Location: some countries/regions may be restricted. We may refuse service, block registrations, or cancel Orders if restrictions apply.
- Sanctions: you must not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions or located in a sanctioned territory.
- Verification: we may request identity, age, and address verification (KYC/AML) before allowing purchases or payouts.
5) Accounts and security
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your Account.
- We may suspend or terminate Accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or breaches of these Terms.
6) Orders, cut-off times and entry submission
Draw schedules and cut-off times can vary. We display countdowns and “sales closed” messaging where available, but you should always assume there is a cut-off before the official draw time.
- Once an Entry has been submitted/processed, it may not be possible to cancel or amend it.
- If a draw is delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled by the Official Lottery Operator, your Entry will follow the official rules (or may be refunded where appropriate).
- We may reject Orders that are incomplete, appear fraudulent, or fail payment/verification checks.
7) Pricing, fees, currency and taxes
- Prices are shown before you confirm checkout. Where add-ons exist (e.g., multipliers), they are priced per line unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may include service fees and operational costs; where taxes apply, we will present them as required by law.
- Currency handling: your checkout currency is shown at checkout. If conversions occur, rates may be applied by payment providers.
- Promotions/discounts may have additional eligibility rules and can be withdrawn at any time.
8) Payments, authorisations and chargebacks
- You authorise us (and our payment partners) to take payment for your Order at checkout.
- We may use payment providers and store tokenised payment references (not full card details) where supported.
- If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support first, we may suspend your Account while we investigate and may restrict further service.
- We may reverse wallet credits or restrict withdrawals if a payment is reversed, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent.
9) Subscriptions / recurring purchases (if offered)
If we offer subscription, multi-draw, or recurring purchase features, you will be shown the renewal frequency and price before enabling them.
- You can cancel recurring purchases from your Account settings or by contacting support before the next renewal cut-off.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund Entries already submitted.
10) Cancellations and refunds
- If an Entry has not yet been processed/submitted, we may be able to cancel an Order (subject to cut-off times).
- After submission, refunds are generally not available unless required by law or due to our error.
- Refunds (where applicable) are returned to the original payment method or to Wallet, depending on the scenario and legal requirements.
11) Winnings, payouts, and verification
Winnings are determined solely by the Official Lottery Operator’s published results and rules. We provide tools to view results and check winnings, but official results prevail.
- Smaller winnings may be credited to your Wallet (where available).
- Larger prizes may require identity verification and additional steps (including forms required by the Official Lottery Operator).
- You are responsible for providing correct and up-to-date information so winnings can be processed.
- We may suspend payout until we complete verification checks or where fraud/AML concerns arise.
12) Errors, cancellations, and liability limits
- If we make an error affecting your Entry (e.g., technical failure), our obligation is to correct it where possible or refund the affected portion where appropriate.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of chance) and cap our liability to the amount you paid for the affected Order.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law (e.g., fraud, death/personal injury caused by negligence).
13) Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service (e.g., fraud, automated scraping, interference, or attempting to bypass security).
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- We may restrict access, cancel Orders, or terminate Accounts for breaches.
14) Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Service content, design, and software are owned by Winnow or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by law.
15) Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the Service, you consent to receiving transactional messages (e.g., receipts, order confirmations, security notices).
Marketing messages are only sent where permitted and can be opted out of at any time.
16) Complaints and disputes
