Your total price is made up of the official ticket/entry price plus a service charge for handling the purchase flow, payment processing, customer support, and ticket management.

You’ll always see the full price before you confirm payment.

Is payout of winnings guaranteed?

If an entry you purchased through Winnow Lotto wins, the prize belongs to you.

Small prizes are typically credited to your account balance; larger prizes may require extra verification or a bank transfer. Exact handling depends on the lottery rules, your location, and compliance checks.

Can I be based anywhere to play?

We aim to serve many countries, but availability varies by lottery and local regulations.

If a lottery isn’t available in your region, you won’t be able to complete checkout for that product.

What currency do you use and why?

We display prices in a primary billing currency to keep checkout simple and to avoid confusion when lotteries operate in different local currencies.

Where supported, you’ll see a scan/confirmation link inside your order details.

What is Refer-a-Friend?

What is a Jackpot Subscription?

A subscription lets you automatically enter the same lottery on a recurring schedule without re-entering details each time.

If subscriptions are enabled, you’ll be able to manage them from your account.

How can I pause or cancel a jackpot subscription?

When subscriptions are enabled, you can pause or cancel them from your account settings.

Any entries already submitted for an upcoming draw may still proceed if they can’t be reversed.

What if my payment for a subscription or recurring entry fails?

If a recurring payment fails, we’ll notify you and attempt to recover the payment where allowed.

If we can’t collect payment before the cutoff time, that draw may be skipped until your payment method is updated.
